The Exchange marketing team
The Exchange was established by the Washington State Legislature in 2011
as a public-private partnership that operates Washington Healthplanfinder,
the state’s online eligibility and enrollment portal for both Washington
Apple Health and qualified health plans.
Behind the brand | Washington Health Benefit Exchange
The Idea: Developed the "Your Health, Our Priority" concept to shift the narrative from "insurance paperwork" to "community support".
Visual Direction: Created a creative strategy featuring relatable, diverse Washingtonians engaging in daily activities—from chores to hiking local landscapes.
Art Direction: Led the visual development from initial brainstorming to on-site photoshoot direction.
Collaboration: Partnered with external agencies and video production houses to translate the concept into a cohesive multi-channel strategy.
